Biersbreaker se formó en 2010 por excompañeros de diferentes bandas. Su pasión por la cerveza y otras buenas bebidas los llevó a plantearse si convertirse en maestros cerveceros o tocar música sobre cerveza, y aprovechando que ya tenían instrumentos y amplificadores, se decidieron por el segundo.

En 2011 entraron en los Gargoil Tavern Studios y grabaron el primer CD llamado "Shout for War", mezclado y masterizado por Changi, el vikingo a la sombra. A lo largo de 2012 y 2013 la banda dio sus primeros conciertos presentando el disco y compartiendo escenario con muchas bandas, como los valencianos Noctem o los rusos Fangorn.

Pero como la cerveza no dura para siempre, en 2014 los breakers se encerraron en el local para reponer fuerzas, tomarse unas cervezas ... e incluso hacer nuevas canciones. Durante este período de tiempo el grupo, que perdió a uno de los guitarras, se limitó a la búsqueda de un nuevo músico.

En 2015 la horda de breakers volvió a los Gargoil Tavern Studios para la grabación del EP "Drunken Bards", cuya mezcla y masterización estuvo nuevamente en manos de Changi, contando también con el arte de Hesu para la portada. Después de publicar los tres singles que componen "Drunken Bards", la banda lanzó su primer videoclip oficial y el 15 de junio lanzaron el nuevo trabajo.

Durante dos años el grupo estuvo de gira presentando el nuevo trabajo, hasta que en 2018 regresaron al estudio para preparar su próximo trabajo, también grabado en Gargoil Tavern Studios, pero esta vez mezclado y masterizado por Mikel "el gordo" de Estudios Ederson.

Durante el paro de la pandemia de covid el grupo ha pospuesto la presentación del nuevo disco y ha estado trabajando en nuevas canciones y ha participado en colaboraciones musicales (The Wee Folk Metal Crew), hasta el verano de 2021, en el que han presentado sus nuevos singles. “Jormundgand”, “Until the End”, “The Bitchies of Miklagard” y “Skålananger” adelantos del nuevo álbum “The Power of the Hammer” que estará disponible en formato digital el 4 de noviembre.

In 2015 the horde of breakers got back into the Gargoil Tavern Studios for the recording of the EP "Drunken Bards", whose mixing and mastering was again in the hands of Changi, also counting on the art of Hesu for the cover. After the publication throughout May of each of the three songs that make up "Drunken Bards", the band released their first official video clip and on June 15 they released the new work.

For two years the group was on the road presenting the new work, until in 2018 they returned to the studio to prepare their next work, also recorded at Gargoil Tavern Studios, but this time it was mixed and mastered by Mikel "el gordo" from Ederson Studios.

During the stoppage of the covid pandemic the group has postponed the presentation of the new album and has been working on new songs and has participated in music colaborations (The Wee Folk Metal Crew), until Summer 2021, in which they have presented their new singles “Jormundgand”, “Until the End”, “ The Bitchies of Miklagard” and “Skålananger” preview of the new album "The Power of the Hammer " which will be available in digital format on November 4.
